Aaron Pam, Esq., is a New York attorney and sole practitioner who handles civil and criminal cases, and appeals, including civil and criminal litigation, mediation, arbitration and alternative dispute resolution, general business matters, white-collar criminal investigation and defense, and social media-related and cyberlaw matters involving Internet privacy, cyberbullying, cyber-stalking, defamation, revenge porn, and free speech cases. He has successfully litigated to protect online victims, unmask anonymous bloggers, and remove libelous content from the Internet. Mr. Pam has broad experience handling civil and criminal cases, and appeals, including social media and Internet defamation cases, in both federal and state courts, in New York. In 2017, he was one of the first New York attorneys to bring a legal proceeding against the social media platforms, Twitter and PeriscopeTV, to unmask an anonymous social media “user” in a cyberbullying case. Mr. Pam earned his B.A. degree from the University of Maryland, and his J.D. degree from the Fordham University School of Law.
